I hope you have a great holiday. May your heart be filled with gratefulness as you spend time with people you love. Gosh, that sounds so corny, but that is what I say to myself everyday. See you in January.
Thank you for coming to our Celebration of Learning on Tuesday morning. The children did a wonderful job singing and showing off their work. I hope they always remember that they "can help" when they see a problem. This week we read about winter holidays around the world. The children made a book, made and played the dreidel game, learned a new poem, and sorted pictures into categories of needs vs. wants. We celebrated birthdays this week and enjoyed watching Frosty.
I hope you have a great holiday. May your heart be filled with gratefulness as you spend time with people you love. Gosh, that sounds so corny, but that is what I say to myself everyday. See you in January.

About meI grew up in Florida and have lived in Decatur since arriving at Agnes Scott College to get my Mathematics degree. After teaching High School math for a few years, I worked at preschools while raising my 3 sons. I obtained a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education and taught in Dekalb and Gwinnett Counties for 10 years before coming to Westchester when it reopened in 2013. Archives
