Rainbows:
What a fun, full, crazy and wonderful week! We learned so much about rainbows, built amazing traps, reviewed phonics rules, composed and decomposed numbers in math and created pictures for the holiday Holi. I love when the week is so filled with learning and growing that I don't even know where to start. Rainbows: Traps: Holi I hope your weekend if full of joy and love. Don't let spring pass without getting outside and laughing with your little humans. You really don't need to do anything special, just walk in the woods and listen to them talk. They will lead you on an adventure. On Monday we will kick off our garden expedition with exploring soil. The kindergarten team has so many amazing things planned around our questions: How do relationships in the garden help the garden grow? and Why is it important to take care of the garden? The first 2 weeks will focus on soil, rocks and planting. If your child would like to find a special rock to bring in and look at closely, that would be wonderful. If they don't bring one, I have some in the classroom. Looking forward to getting our hands dirty in the garden.
