Next week I will be sending home math homework. Please do not stress about this. If you think it will help your child, then enjoy doing it together. If you do not have the time or do not think it is a good use of your time, please just recycle the paper.
Mrs. Wertz gets ready for the 100th day of Kindergarten. She hangs 100 streamers and stacks 100 cups. She is almost ready... She reads many books about the special day and makes crazy hats with the 100 chart. Tomorrow will be the big day! All the children prepared their collections. Our tables are ready for our friends to visit the museum. Here we go! We saw some cool collections in the other rooms. We worked together to build with 100 cups. So much fun! We worked together in special centers about the number 100. Look at all the neat stuff we did. I know all of these dreams will come true...great machines and becoming an awesome man. Gosh, I love these kids. We had 100 pieces of food for our snack. We counted 10 items from each plate. Wow, this day is awesome. I hope your child told you all about our celebration of 100 days of learning and fun. We had such a wonderful time together.
